Hi, I'm Ahtsham.

I build telehealth and SaaS products, from the database to the video call.

I work in React and Next.js on the front end, with Node.js and TypeScript on the server. At D.Dynamics I build healthcare apps where a patient books a slot, pays through Stripe and meets their doctor on a video call, and each role sees only what it should.

A record of the roles behind the work — what I owned, what I built, and the systems each role ran on.

Working across the stack on healthcare products — from role-scoped APIs and authentication through to the real-time and video features used during appointments.

  • Building full-stack features for multi-role healthcare platforms with role-based access control across Patient, Doctor, Clinic and Admin user types.
  • Implementing real-time chat using Socket.io with per-appointment rooms, file sharing, typing indicators and persistent message history in MongoDB.
  • Integrating the Agora RTC SDK for live video consultations with mic, camera and screen share controls.
  • Working on Stripe payment workflows including checkout sessions, webhook handling and refund processing.
  • Designing REST APIs and integrating them with React frontends using TanStack React Query and Redux Toolkit.
  • Implementing JWT authentication with HTTP-only cookies, email verification and password reset flows.
  • Participating in code reviews, debugging and performance optimization across both frontend and backend.

The work, day by day.

Synced from GitHub — the day-to-day record behind the work.

Projects built for real-world problems.

A small number of projects, explained properly — the problem, the architecture behind the solution, and the parts that were genuinely hard.

From idea to production.

The same four stages whether it's a new SaaS product or a feature inside an existing platform.

  1. 01

    Understand

Understand the product, users, and requirements.

    • Scope and constraints
    • User and business needs
    • Success criteria
  2. 02

    Architect

Plan the architecture, data model, and system boundaries.

    • Data model
    • API contracts
    • Service boundaries
  3. 03

    Build

Develop maintainable frontend and backend systems.

    • Typed end to end
    • Reviewable increments
    • Documented interfaces
  4. 04

    Ship

    Test, deploy, monitor, and improve.

    • CI/CD pipeline
    • Environment parity
    • Monitoring and iteration

What I can help you build.

Whether it's a product from scratch or an existing system that needs to hold up, these are the areas I work in.

  • SaaS & Multi-Role Platforms

Products where several user types share one system — separate portals, role-based permissions and an admin surface behind them.

    Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL

  • Real-Time Chat & Video

Socket.io messaging with rooms, typing indicators and persistent history, and Agora video calls with mic, camera and screen share.

    Socket.io, Agora RTC, WebRTC

  • React / Next.js Applications

Typed, responsive interfaces with predictable data fetching through TanStack Query and Redux Toolkit.

    React, Next.js, TypeScript

  • Node.js Backend Systems

Express and Hono services structured into routes, handlers, services and validators, so features stay easy to extend.

    Node.js, Express.js, Hono.js

  • REST APIs & Integrations

Versioned endpoints with validated inputs, plus integrations with the third-party services a product depends on.

    REST, Webhooks, Zod

  • Database Architecture

Relational and document data models with Prisma or Mongoose, designed around how the application actually reads.

    PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Prisma

  • Authentication & Authorization

JWT and session auth over HTTP-only cookies, email verification, two-factor, password reset and role-based access control.

    JWT, Sessions, RBAC

  • Payment Integrations

Checkout, marketplace revenue splits and refunds driven by webhooks, so your records match the payment provider's.

    Stripe, PayPal, Webhooks

  • Deployment & CI/CD

Dockerised releases shipped by GitHub Actions pipelines to AWS, Vercel, Render or a hardened self-hosted server behind Nginx and TLS.

    Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS
